Overview
The purpose of this role is to progress the adoption/implementation of resource (e.g. energy and water) efficiency measures to help reduce: residents’ resource consumption and costs, and emissions of greenhouse gases and other air pollutants from domestic properties in Buckinghamshire.
The post holder will focus on: providing advice on available support (including funding and grants) to assist with the implementation of resource efficiency measures, identifying and recommending appropriate energy and water saving interventions, and supplying and fitting low-cost easy-retrofit resource efficiency (LCERRE) measures (such as LED lightbulbs and reflective radiator panels) during visits to domestic properties to support the sustainable use of resources (including reducing energy and water consumption) and help mitigate fuel poverty.
