Reporting to the Site HR Manager, a vacancy has arisen for a Training and Development Officer to coordinate and manage onsite training. Working with department teams to ensure all site employees receive relevant training to the highest standard .
Working hours: 7am to 4pm on-site
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver induction and refresher training.
Work closely with our on-site teams to ensure that localised training needs are met.
Retain comprehensive and up to date training records and training matrices.
Supporting audit follow ups.
External coordination of training.
Act as site Health and Wellbeing champion.
Responsible for the onboarding process from induction through to handover to line manager and HR Officer.
Qualifications
L3 Food Skills and PTLLS (Train the Trainer) qualified would be advantageous.
A second language would be beneficial, but is not essential
