The East West Rail Alliance is working for Network Rail on behalf of the East West Rail Company to deliver Connection Stage One, Bicester to Bletchley. It consists of Atkins, Laing O’Rourke and VolkerRail who are working collaboratively to deliver this exciting rail project.
