About the role
You will be given full training to provide recovery focused, person centred support to enable people with mental health needs to live as independently as possible within the community.
Developing trusting relationships with service users to achieve positive outcomes, you will be part of recovery support planning to help create an empowering environment which promotes self-esteem and enables service users to express choice and make decisions about their lives.
Hours are based on a rota working 39.25 hour per week, including sleep ins, weekends and loan working
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check
With a willingness to learn, good communication skills both written and verbal, have I.T. skills (including word, databases and e-mails). You may already have an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care, don’t worry if you don’t we will support in you obtain this.
