The Admin Support Officer sits within the patients access team, the role constant of reporting, ordering and coordinating any complaints that are raised within the team.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to join the busy Patient Access department to provide comprehensive administration support to the Patient Access Team.

The successful candidate will ensure purchase ordering and invoices for a multiple team with the 1 department. Report writing will also be part of the role a long with coordinating any complaints that are raised within the team.

The post holder will also provide cover/support to a number of Mangers within the team. This will include the administration of the department’s meetings, such as organising, attending and minute taking.

The post holder will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and have the ability to work on their own initiative and to work well within a team.  An eye for detail and the ability to work to strict deadlines is essential.

You must have a competent knowledge and experience of a wide range of IT packages including, or equivalent to, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.
