Fixed tem to End December 2020, Full Time 1.0 FTE, Hourly Rate Grade 5: £11.99 per hour.

We are seeking to appoint an administrator who is able to quickly and flexibly pick up on a range of support tasks and to work as part of our HSS team of Faculty Executive Administrators providing support to the Faulty Executive. The main initial focus of this role will be on providing support to the School of Society, Community and Health. The work will involve document management and processing, note taking and liaising with staff to trigger, send out and chase up a range of formally required documentation. An ability to develop materials for communications such as bulletins and copywriting would be an advantage.

This is a role that demands sound administrative skills. You need to be a good communicator as the role is staff-facing and to be able to work independently and as part of a team. In addition, applicants should demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Familiarity with the work of a Faculty Office and knowledge of the HSS faculty would be an advantage.

Closing date for applications: 23rd October 2020.
