Job Description


How you’ll play your part. 

This role is responsible for driving a targeted increase in the LCV element of the funded / fleet managed portfolio.

In your role as LCV expert you will develop both your own LCV sales opportunities in the Public Sector and specialist channels and also support the sales team to convert new business opportunities by focussing on large LCV tenders. Your expertise and industry knowledge will play a pivotal role shaping and developing the DFM LCV proposition in line with industry and sector expectations taking into account current and upcoming legislation and market trends  responses. 

You’ll also:

  • Support customers by helping to identify the most suitable product and funding method, including areas such as such as appropriate vehicle, specification and conversion choice.
  • Manage and develop up to Board level relationships with target LCV prospects and working with Sales Management and Marketing create a strategy to engage new business opportunities across different business segments, including LCV 200 fleets
  • Contribute to the overall sales targets

About you

We are looking for a proven and experienced LCV expert with excellent specific knowledge of the Public Sector and LCV market. You have gained your experience on fleet funding, LCV product and ancillary services in previous roles and have a fundamental understanding of fleet finance methods and customer life cycles. You are commercially driven and able to exploit sales opportunities and have developed negotiation and influencing skills. 

You are able to build relations, collaborate in teams but also comfortable in working remotely.
