Our Customer service roles are varied – no reading off script here. The initiative, confidence, ability to deal with queries on multiple levels and the ability to put yourself in our customer shoes is key. Full training will be provided but a background within customer service within a business that holds outstanding customer service at the heart of its culture is key to your success and ours.
