Portfolio Management Office (PMO) Associate

The Medical Research Network (MRN) specialise in providing community-based clinical trials to patients across the globe and are now looking to recruit an experienced PMO Associate to join our talented and growing PMO Team.

The role of a Portfolio Management Office (PMO) Associate is to work closely with the PMO Analysts in the development of accurate data reporting concerning the project portfolio and operational departments. This focuses on supporting operational roles to improve data quality to allow for accurate data reporting.

In practice the PMO Associate role is very data focused and will involve working within various trackers, across projects, to identify why data anomalies occur, correct them, and educate the users on best practice to promote and improve data accuracy and consistency. 

This role will support the PMO in the creation and analysis of all Operational Group metrics, to include portfolio performance, resourcing, and financial forecasts.


To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment, with Pharma/CRO experience being preferable
  • Science Degree, or equivalent
  • Skilled in data collection, analysis, interpretation and reporting
  • Ability to investigate, define and resolve complex issues.
  • Analytically minded, data focused, detail oriented and always interested in securing the desired outcome.
