We are looking for candidates to join our award winning Revenues Team, who have a minimum of 12 months billing and collection experience, and who can demonstrate high standards of quality and output in their work. This role will give experienced candidates currently working within Revenues and Benefits the opportunity to diversify their current knowledge and experience across the wider service. Our service supports some of the most vulnerable people in our community and we would expect all candidates to be able to demonstrate an outstanding commitment to customer service, including through written correspondence, over the telephone and face to face. The service is due to see a considerable amount of change over the next 12-24 months and we are looking for staff who will be both flexible and adaptable to the needs of the service and our customers. This may also include cross site working with our partners in LGSS. We may be able to offer flexible working arrangements, including homeworking, which may be considered after demonstrating and maintaining consistently high standards and in consideration of the service needs.
