Our 111 Health Advisors are at the front line of our service, you will be answering telephone calls from members of the public and health care professionals. You will assess the health needs of patients and utilising clinical decision support software, to make appropriate referrals for our patients

We have various part time rotas available which all include working hours during the weekend plus a part time overnight rota that we are recruiting for.
You will be paid to complete a 4 week Full Time 111 Pathway training course

We are proactive in developing solutions to support both primary and urgent care, regularly piloting new ideas and initiatives to support patient flow, admission avoidance and better access.
