Job Specification: Senior Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Consultant

 

EAC Consulting Group are looking to add an additional 360 Recruitment Consultant to our existing team of Business Developers and Account Managers in Milton Keynes.

 

Since the turbulent effects of the pandemic we have successfully built on existing business, forged new relationships with clients and helped support a high volume of candidates get back into work through our dedicated and focused ethos! Specializing in the fields of Sales & Commercial Recruitment we have plans to build further foundations in 2020, ahead of our ambitious plans of doubling our headcount in 2021! With the goal of becoming market-leader within our chosen disciplines across the local areas, now is a great time to join the business as we are looking for our ‘Leaders’ of tomorrow!

Due to the nature of the current climate the role may start part-time with hours increasing over time, salary will be pro-rata if this is the case.

 

The Role:

Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant

 

On Offer:

  • Salary up to £26,000
  • Commission scaling up to 17%
  • Potential progression to Management / Director level

Duties:

  • Business Development
  • Account Management
  • Sourcing
  • Negotiating terms
  • Managing stakeholders
  • Working to KPI’s and Targets
  • Administration
  • Etc etc

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must be an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant – 2 Years + (may consider 1 if the candidate is exceptional)
  • Hungry to Business Develop and hit the phones
  • History of overachieving targets
  • Strong billing history
  • Personable and confident nature

 

Hours:

8.45 – 5.15 Monday to Thursday

8.45 – 4.30 Friday
