We are seeking an IT Recruitment Consultant to work within the business development team to help grown and expand the business having invested heavily into lead generation.


Recruitment Consultant duties include:

  • Making outgoing sales introductions to new clients (some existing cold accounts may be required)
  • Develop and manage client and candidate relationships in a competitive environment
  • Identify future business and initiate strategic plans for growth within a specialist market
  • Manage the recruitment process from interview to placement and beyond
  • Win exciting new accounts
  • Establish opportunities with both candidates and clients


You must be able to demonstrate:

B2B sales or recruitment experience with strong business development skills, a desire to win over targeted clients and candidates, self-motivation, and excellent negotiation skills. If you are tenacious, hungry to succeed and have a proven track record in smashing targets then contact us now.
