Who we`re looking for

How we work is just as important to us as the work we do. So we have certain core qualities that we look for in everyone - they help to define what makes us different:

Self-Awareness: This is about developing a greater understanding of the impact we have on each other, and on our customers.

Team ship: As individuals we do a fantastic job. As teams, we can move mountains. Collaboration: By this we mean working with both customers and colleagues so we deliver the kind of fantastic service that will drive our growth.

We`ve also identified a number of competencies that will help us to drive change - we call them enablers. There are four that are particularly relevant to this role:

High Energy and Drive: You demonstrate a strong `can do` attitude in order to complete tasks and achieve goals. You are motivated by high productivity and performance.

Customer focus: You strive to deliver the best customer experience possible and feel rewarded with customergratitude and feedback. You have a great understanding our colleague`s expectations and will always go the extra mile to exceed them.

Results driven: You have a great understanding of how your performance and results contribute to Countrywide`s success. You take personal ownership to ensure high-quality results are delivered at the right time.

Sound Judgement and Resilience: You take time to stop, think and review when dealing with a colleagues query. You are able to learn from your mistake and bounce back to ensure that great customer service is achieved.

Your skills and experience:

You will have previous success in a HR generalist role, with a good understanding of employment legislation and the way to pragmatically apply this. You will be able to demonstrate strong communication, influencing and customer services skills. As well as thriving in a fast paced and pressured environment, you will have the ability to prioritise your work load effectively whilst not impacting customer service and instilling confidence in our colleagues.
