Job Description

We are looking for a Homecharge Advisor who will be the first point of contact for customers and hold the responsibility for numerous aspects of the customer journey.  Additionally, you will need to demonstrate good time management, and to be willing to adapt and learn where faced with new situations.

A regular day will require you to follow certain processes, mange multiple cases or applications for installs, whilst maintaining excellent customer service levels. You will also be responsible for guiding the customer on their journey, walking them through every step from application stage to completion.

The knowledge and experience you will have accomplished for this role:

  • Liaising with customers and being first point of contact
  • Managing and prioritising own workload
  • Willingness to learn and undertake training
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Contacting customers and answering general enquiries through various sources
  • Crating strategies to achieve KPIs and SLAs
