Pro-active business development to identify key opportunities and deliver successfully
You will use a consultative selling approach to ensure that you can identify what our customers require, what the bp pulse solution is and how best it’s delivered.
Managing inbound leads from the website
You will be responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Building a strong pipeline of opportunities, recording all key information with Salesforce and accurate forecasting on a month-by-month basis
Adhering to company SLA for all inbound leads
Work closely with our marketing team to build relevant marketing material giving insight to the bp pulse offer and solutions available
Work with our Head of Bids and the rest of the tendering team when customers release their tenders
Negotiate contracts in order to ensure that you successfully deliver sales
Ability to work autonomously, be self-motivated and hit the ground running in an extremely fast-paced environment.
Knowledge & Experience
B2B Sales Experience
This is a new role, so you be expected to make it your own and manage a certain level of ambiguity in what is a fast-changing environment.
A strong level of commercial business acumen
Target driven and ability to perform well under pressure.
Knowledge of the EV Industry would be beneficial but not mandatory
Our business and customer information are managed solely through Salesforce so experience using this CRM would be beneficial
