Job Description

  • Building relationships with House Builders, Housing associations, Landowners and associated building contractors in order to support with all projects within their pipeline
  • Building Framework agreements to support with long-term customer relationships and project planning.
  • Pro-active business development to identify key opportunities and deliver successfully
  • You will use a consultative selling approach to ensure that you can identify what our customers require, what the bp pulse solution is and how best it’s delivered.  
  • Managing inbound leads from the website
  • You will be responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Building a strong pipeline of opportunities, recording all key information with Salesforce and accurate forecasting on a month-by-month basis
  • Adhering to company SLA for all inbound leads
  • Work closely with our marketing team to build relevant marketing material giving insight to the bp pulse offer and solutions available
  • Work with our Head of Bids and the rest of the tendering team when customers release their tenders
  • Negotiate contracts in order to ensure that you successfully deliver sales
  • Ability to work autonomously, be self-motivated and hit the ground running in an extremely fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Knowledge & Experience

  • B2B Sales Experience
  • This is a new role, so you be expected to make it your own and manage a certain level of ambiguity in what is a fast-changing environment.
  • A strong level of commercial business acumen
  • Target driven and ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of the EV Industry would be beneficial but not mandatory
  • Our business and customer information are managed solely through Salesforce so experience using this CRM would be beneficial
