Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 9am - 5:30pm
Hybrid working model | 3 days in office, 2 days working from home

About the role…
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a result-driven individual to join our Order Management Team on a permanent basis.

Our Order Management Team is a crucial part of the success and as the business continues to grow we need to ensure we are able to effectively manage customers’ orders from receipt to delivery.

As an Sales Administrator you will…
Work collaboratively with our Sales teams in order to provide the best in-class customer service to our Partners & Vendors who are looking for a trusted advisor to help them with management of their valuable and complex orders.

  • Verifies and reviews the accuracy of orders.
  • Ensures all sales orders are processed in an efficient and accurate manner and that delivery deadlines are met
  • Responsible for monitoring overall account activity for assigned group.
  • High focus on accuracy and customer service
  • Handling order related queries, ETA, licenses, POD requests, back order and billing
  • High attention to currency exchange rates and profitability
  • Provides support to a team of sales (inside/outside) representatives


The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have…

  • The ability to communicate effectively, over the phone, via email and face to face
  • Experience working in a wider team and to support additional staff members when necessary.
  • Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel. CRM experience preferable
