The Marketing Communications team is responsible for executing the marketing plan & strategy, by producing creative, delivering marketing communications, and optimising performance.
This role is accountable for managing and delivering marketing communications for our Corporate and Commercial Banking clients.
The difference you will make.
Working closely with the Marketing Planning & Effectiveness team to deliver marketing for our Corporate and Commercial banking clients within Marketing Communications.
Overseeing the workload, you're accountable for the delivery of marketing communications across Corporate and Commercial projects.
Building excellent working relationships with colleagues across CCB and the rest of the business to deliver activity for campaign and projects.
Upholding standards of compliance, risk, content quality and accessibility across all your marketing communications.
What you will bring.
Excellent understanding of project management and content production.
Ability to collaborative across business areas and manage complex projects.
It would also be nice for you to have.
Strong interpersonal skills - persuades and influences others, using a range of approaches, to achieve deliverables.
Sound understanding of risk and governance.
Sound understanding of the customer and drivers of customer behaviour.
Strong 'transformation' mind-set - able to identify and evaluate opportunities to improve processes.
What else you need to know.
We will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.
This role can be based nationally but will include travel to Milton Keynes (on average twice per week) as part of a hybrid working model.
This is a permanent position.
