You will be responsible for your own people-related projects and particular policies that could be improved, researching, and developing them to ensure Santander UK are aligned to market practice, our business and HR Strategy and complies with employment legislation / regulatory requirements.

What else you need to know.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract position to cover maternity leave.
The location for this role is flexible, however you must be within a commutable distance of our Milton Keynes Office.
