Job Description

Berry Recruitment are seeking a Customer Service/Administrator for our client based near Radlett. This role involves processing orders, handling customer inquiries, data entry, and managing inbound calls.

Pay rate: £10.50 per hour (rising to £11.44 from April)

Hours: Monday-Thursday (8.30am-5pm), Friday (8.30am-4.30pm) - Office based
Responsibilities

  • Process and fulfil customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
  • Manage inbound calls, providing assistance and information to customers.

 

Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in customer service or administration preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and basic software applications
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
