We're currently seeking an enthusiastic individual for the role of Exhibition Sales Executive. No prior sales experience is necessary; we're looking for a candidate with a positive attitude, confidence, and eagerness to learn. Full training will be provided to support you in this exciting journey.


1. Prospect, identify and engage with businesses who are recruiting in our event catchment areas.

2. Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to generate leads.

3. Schedule meetings with new and existing clients.

4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

5. Understand prospective clients' recruitment needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

6. Present the benefits of our exhibition effectively to potential clients.

7. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of exhibitions.

8. Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.

9. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.

10. Keep up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
