Assistant Manager - United Kingdom Salary: 25,000.00 - 28,000.00 (with a bonus on top) Location: United Kingdom The Swan is a beautiful 17th century listed building, situated in the picturesque village of Pangbourne with traditional setting oak beams and three open fires to keep you warm and cosy during those long and frosty winter nights. And for those lazy summer days we have a beautiful terrace overlooking the river Thames, perfect for drinking and dining and soaking up the summer sun. You'll work with the general manager to run the pub, hire, train and develop the team, plan events and take charge of everything when the general manager's away. You've already worked as an assistant manager in a busy pub for at least a year, and we're keen to know what you've learnt. But it's more than that. We're much more interested in who you are and what you're really like. What are you like to work with? How do you rally a team? Are you calm when things don't go to plan?...
